The experience begins with a walk through the farm and its facilities, passing through the olive garden, vineyard and aromatic herbs. Along the way, you will enjoy the peaceful setting of the estate and reach a beautiful 9th-century church, a place that invites you to pause and connect with the history and tradition of the island.
The next stop is an almost 100-year-old Cycladic building that houses the winery. There, you will become familiar with the winemaking process, combining modern methods with knowledge passed down through generations. You will also learn about the equipment and machinery used for the production of quality wine.
The experience continues with a tasting of five premium wine types: white, rosé, dry red, semi-sweet wine, and the winery’s special natural sweet red and white wines made from sun-dried grapes. The tasting is accompanied by local snacks from the organic garden, such as regional cheeses, tomatoes, olives and more.
A video showing the backstage of wine production, together with a conversation about the process from farm to glass, completes the experience and offers a deeper understanding of Naxian wine culture.
